چکیده
The objective of this study was to investigate the seasonal variance content and chemical composition essential oil from Lantana camaraaccessions at two harvest times, analyze trypanocidal activity on Phytomonas serpens. Essential ranged 0.13 0.29% in rainy season 0.33% dryseason. compounds E-caryophyllene, α-humulene, α-curcumene germacrene D defined formation four clusters dry seasons, classified as: Cluster 1 (E-caryophyllene + D); 2 (germacrene E-caryophyllene); 3 (α-humulene 4 (α-curcumene E-caryophyllene). All L. camaraessential oils, representing clusters, inhibited P. serpenswith low concentrations, considering following IC50values: 18.34±6.60 μg/mL (LAC-018, 1); 9.14±3.87 (LAC-027, 2); 14.56±3.40 (LAC-037, 3); 14.97±2.68 (LAC-019, 4).

The seasonal variation of the chemical composition of essential oils from Porcelia macrocarpa R.E. Fries (Annonaceae) and their antimicrobial activity.
This study investigates the impact of seasonal variation on the chemical composition of essential oils from the leaves of Porcelia macrocarpa (Annonaceae) obtained over the course of one year (January-December 2011) and the chemical composition of the essential oils obtained from the ripe fruits of the same plant. Furthermore, the essential oils of the leaves were investigated with respect to t...
